I was welcomed onboard this well known passenger vessel by her Captain who obviously knows her from stem to stern. His great love are the engines and all the mechanical bits! He proudly took me down to the engine room where there are two massive Volvo engines with gleaming pipework. Everything down there was amazingly clean and tidy. Everything in its place and organised - a real testament to the Captain and the Chief Engineer. On deck the vessel is laid out to accommodate up to 250 passengers with plenty of internal and external seating, several spacious lounge areas, two well stocked bars, ladies and gents toilets and an onboard sound and PA system. The rear deck could be used for cargo with a 20 tonne capacity should new owners wish to change her useage. There is also ample room for the various saloon areas to be re-fitted into palatial cabins and accomodation. As she is, she would make an excellent passenger ferry, taking sightseers for day trips in places such as the Mediterranean, the Greek Islands, Scandiavian fjords, the Great Lakes or around the British Isles. The opportunities for this vessel are almost unlimited and at a fraction of her new build price. This well loved lady of the seas has a history to be proud of and is now looking for a new owner to look after her for the next phase of her life. She comes with a multitude of un-used mechanical spares and a huge inventory of technical equipment. Please contact the broker for further details and to arrange a viewing and a sea trial. These boat details are subject to contract.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
